REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your order, but if it’s not what you expected, here’s what you need to know:

Returns & Exchanges: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Because hygiene matters, we can’t take back used mugs or worn apparel.

Damaged Items: If something arrives damaged, reach out to us and we’ll make it right.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method (sorry, we can’t issue store credit or cash).

Final Sale Items: Clearance or special edition items? No returns, no exceptions.
